MAXIMUSFPS

A MaximusFPS guide

How does MaximusFPS work?

MaximusFPS sells remote gaming PC optimization services through its storefront and Shopify checkout. The listed Standard Optimization Service is $49.99 USD and Advanced Optimization Service is $99.99 USD. The published terms describe remote access through TeamViewer or equivalent tools. Confirm compatibility and the proposed scope before purchasing; do not assume a specific FPS gain.

What to check first

  • Have your CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version and main games ready.
  • Describe the symptom and provide a repeatable baseline if possible.
  • Read the service page and terms, back up important data and clarify remote-access arrangements.

Likely causes and how to distinguish them

The Standard page lists diagnosis, Windows configuration, driver updates/cleanup, FPS-related configuration, input-lag work and stability work. These are listed areas of service, not evidence that every PC improves in every area.

The Advanced page lists Standard work plus GPU tuning, RAM XMP/EXPO, debloat/background-process work, fan-curve work, game-specific tuning and stability testing. Suitability depends on hardware; memory and BIOS changes need compatibility checks and consent.

A performance complaint can originate in hardware, cooling, game behaviour or networking rather than Windows. A useful scope starts by identifying which kind of problem you have.

Diagnostic steps, in order

  1. Review the current Standard and Advanced service pages. Choose based on your problem, not an assumption that more extensive tuning must be better.
  2. Use the existing Discord contact to ask about compatibility, scope and any unclear terms. Do not send passwords or sensitive files in an initial message.
  3. Before a remote session, independently back up files and agree on what access and changes you authorise. The terms require accurate information and backup responsibility.
  4. Request before/after FPS recording from the technician if you want it, and agree on matching settings and a repeatable test. Ask for a record of changes and post-change stability checks.

Limitations and when help may be appropriate

The terms say results and compatibility are not guaranteed and refunds are discretionary; the storefront also contains different guarantee wording. Obtain written clarification before relying on a refund promise. These guides do not resolve that policy conflict. Physical cleaning, local branches, on-site visits and repair availability are not verified, and are not offered here as facts.

Follow-up questions

How is payment handled?

The existing storefront uses Shopify checkout. The terms state payment is required in full prior to or at the time of service. Check the final checkout details before paying.

Is every game and PC supported?

There is no verified exhaustive compatibility list. Ask with your exact hardware, Windows version and games; the terms do not guarantee compatibility.

Are benchmarks automatic?

The current guarantee wording says FPS recording before and after optimization is available upon request to the technician. Request it and agree on a fair test rather than assuming an automatic benchmark.
